We recommend using the following video settings in order to align with FB/YouTube requirements and avoid any issues:
For the projects that are 720p:
- mp4,.m4v,.mov,.flv,.webm,.ogv,.3gp,.wmv,.avi,.mkv video files
- The recommended max bit rate is 4 Mbps
- Recommended frame rate: 30 fps
- Video codec: h264
- Audio codec: AAC
- File size up to 3GB for Small plan, up to 6GB for Medium plan, up to 12GB for Large plan, up to 20GB for Enterprise plan, up to 10 GB for 24/7 Streaming, and up to 0.5 GB for Countdown.
- HD (1280x720) resolution
For the projects that are 1080p:
All the same as above, except:
- The recommended max bit rate is 5.5 Mbps
- FULL HD (1920x1080) resolution
