No, Trivia Game doesn't have any limits of on the number of participants. 

If your Trivia has around 50+ participants, we just recommend you to make the rounds longer  (e.g: 45 seconds instead of 30) so users with a very slow internet connection can catch up, and we have enough time to pull up and calculate all the answers
