In case you see the following error while scheduling or going live:
(#200) App needs permission scopes (MANAGE_PAGES, PUBLISH_PAGES) to create live video on behalf of a page user
You need to reconnect the account you want to stream on.
Open stream settings (gear icon in the header) and click on the "+" button to reconnect your social account.
In case it didn't help, you can revoke FB app permissions on the profile page.
